Project management and project development

Project management requires multiple disciplines such as planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling resources to achieve referred aim. We participate in all phases of project realization from the beginning to the end. We coordinate resolution property legal relation, negotiation and contracting with Local authority apropos we coordinate and managed with all the participants and processes, in order to timely implementation of the project. Permitting and coordination in resolution of legal issues often inflict difficulties in projects realization and they are often hard work that needs to be resolved before construction begins.

Choosing a location for future construction often requires the dimensioning and design of new infrastructure.

Before the start of the offering process for the construction, contractor selection and contracting of construction we participating in the collection of all permits.

Also start of construction prior to predict the cost of construction and consultation with the client to define the scope of work, priorities and strategies.

During the building construction there are the most important three factors: cost control, quality care, respect for deadlines.



Supervision is defined in articles 56-60 in Law about construction (NN 153/13, 20/17), articles 16, 18, 19, 23, 24 and 62 in Law about architectural and engineering activities in spatial planning and construction (NN 152/08, 49/11, 25/13) and articles 3, 5, 12, 18-23, 31, 33, 36, 53, 55, 56, 59-62  in Law about affairs and activities in spatial planning and construction (NN 78/15, 118/18).

The aim of the supervision is to ensure the construction of the building that corresponds to project, at the same time respecting the laws and other legal acts, and fulfil technical standards and safety standards of the building.

Our access to supervision is a fair relationship between the Client apropos Investor and us. Always protect the interests of Investors and do not accept any awkward and immoral agreements, that are not solely in the interest of investors.



Together with excellent associates from other professions we will deliver and optimize project documentation according to the investor’s wishes.

Also, we suggest improvements and savings in order to suggest Investor about possibilities of additional value to his project.

Our job is not only design, but we will follow Investor at all stages to obtaining the necessary permits. We take our responsibility for making plans to make strategic decisions in accordance with the requirements of investors.

Activities will include the funds allocated are: research, project documentation, drawings, obtaining permits and other necessary actions for the aim of quality and deadlines.



Consulting in construction is one of our services that we offer to investors, builders or clients in any real estate business and investments. Due to the regular monitoring of building regulations and constant activity we believe that in the consultation process can provide a lot to customers.

Some of the services we offer are :

– technical due diligence for the improvement and success of the project

– pre-feasibility study, feasibility study in order to minimize the risks confronting the problems during the project

– analysis of real estate for your investment to be more successful; spatial planning analysis (research); contracting and contract administration

– calculation of cost of construction, projects, supervision and the entire project, which serve as a basis for deciding on the future of the project
